These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YourMealPlanRX website and application (the "Service"), operated by YourMealPlanRX ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
YourMealPlanRX is a nutritional meal planning tool that helps you build recipes, track macronutrients, and plan weekly meals using data from the USDA FoodData Central database and optional AI-powered features.
The Service is for informational and personal planning purposes only. It is not a medical service and does not constitute medical, dietary, or clinical nutrition advice.
YourMealPlanRX is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in this Service should be construed as medical advice.
Nutritional data is sourced from the USDA FoodData Central database and third-party sources for general informational purposes only. Accuracy is not guaranteed. AI-generated meal plans, recipes, and nutritional estimates are produced by automated systems and have not been reviewed by a licensed healthcare professional.
Before making significant changes to your diet — especially if you have diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, hypertension, an eating disorder, or any other health condition — consult a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or qualified healthcare provider.
We are not responsible for any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or medical events resulting from dietary choices made using this Service. Use of this Service is at your own risk.
Founding members who sign up during the initial launch period receive one (1) year of free access to the full Service. After the free period ends, continued access will require a paid subscription at the rate in effect at that time. Founding members will be notified at least 30 days before any charges apply and may cancel at no cost before the free period expires.

All content, design, code, and materials within the Service — other than content sourced from the USDA and other open databases — are the property of YourMealPlanRX and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Recipes you create using the Service remain your own. We do not claim ownership of content you build within the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YourMealPlanRX, its owners, operators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, health outcomes, or lost profits — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of nutritional data, or uninterrupted availability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above may not apply to you in full.
YourMealPlanRX includes features powered by artificial intelligence, including AI-generated meal plans, recipe suggestions, and nutritional estimates. You acknowledge that:
Always review AI-generated content critically and consult a healthcare provider before following any meal plan, particularly if you have a diagnosed health condition.
You and YourMealPlanRX agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service — including questions of arbitrability — shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
YOU AND YOURMEALPLANRX EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity only, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted in English. For claims under $10,000, arbitration may be conducted by telephone, online, or based solely on written submissions.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@yourmealplanrx.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to agreements made and performed entirely within the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any matter is not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the federal and state courts located within the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email when material changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes to the arbitration provisions will not apply retroactively to disputes that arose before the change.
